The Whitegate Development Corporation (WGDC) proudly participated in the 31st Edition of Agriculture Open Day, held on April 30 and May 1, 2026, at the Royal Valley National Park. Hosted annually by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources, this year’s event was held under the theme:
“Cultivating with Innovation: Technology on Land and at Sea.”
This marked a significant milestone for the Corporation, as it was the first time in WGDC’s history participating in the national event.
Over the course of the two-day event, WGDC featured The Village at Brotherson Estate, providing attendees with an opportunity to learn more about the Corporation’s flagship residential development and its vision for sustainable community living.
Visitors to the Whitegate booth were able to view design concepts, receive information on available residential lots, and learn about the various opportunities available within the development. The event also served as a platform for prospective homeowners to begin the application process and engage directly with members of the Whitegate team.
The Corporation’s participation formed part of its broader strategy to increase public awareness, strengthen community engagement, and promote the development locally.

The Whitegate Development Corporation remains committed to creating thriving communities, supporting agricultural development, and fostering opportunities that benefit present and future generations.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Marine Resources for hosting another successful Agriculture Open Day and to everyone who visited our booth over the two-day event.
We look forward to continuing the conversation and helping more individuals discover the opportunities available through Whitegate Development Corporation.
